Chesham waitlist
Got a friend who is currently 5th on Chesham waitlist. Anyone any idea of likelihood of that level of turnover? Thx.

Re: Chesham waitlist
I'm afraid it's highly unlikely that a place will turn up before September.
It could be that some places become free at the start of term with no-shows or pupils leaving because their parents realise that the daily journey is unmanageable, but even then I doubt that it would get quite as far as No. 5 on the list.

Any successful appeals may have taken the roll over PAN and it will have to fall below that ie more than 5 may need to leave.

I think you mean 4 or 5, unless something cataclysmic happened at the O/S appeals that I haven't heard about?

Thanks everyone, that's what we thought. Helpful to know you agree - she can move on now with her Plan B.

Any 'no shows' on Induction Day are being chased up this year so any movement would be pretty soon.
