Dr Holding to retire at SWBGS
It was announced on Friday that, after 21 years Dr Holding is retiring as Head Teacher at the end of this calendar year - he will stay as CEO of the multi academy trust.
Miss Mountfield will take over as Acting Head and Mr Simpson as Acting Deputy.
Dr Holding has been a great head but his retirement is not unexpected- Miss Mountfield and Mr Simpson have both been on the SLT for sometime and are both outstanding teachers and leaders.
