Hi, If you go for a selection review and and deemed not sucessful does the FCO rule still apply if you are appealing for a non-grammar school? Also, if you are appealing for a grammar school but can’t prove FCO then do you still get to put your points across or do they stop it there? (Asking for a friend with a year 5 child) BM xx |

You have to present the whole of your case because the panel isn't allowed to make any decisions at all until all the appeals have been heard.
