FCO for appeal
Hi,
If you go for a selection review and and deemed not sucessful does the FCO rule still apply if you are appealing for a non-grammar school?
Also, if you are appealing for a grammar school but can’t prove FCO then do you still get to put your points across or do they stop it there?
(Asking for a friend with a year 5 child)
BM xx

No - only some grammar schools have reviews, and FCO applies only where parents have chosen to ask for a grammar school review.Blue_Marigold wrote:Hi,

You have to present the whole of your case because the panel isn't allowed to make any decisions at all until all the appeals have been heard. Also, if you are appealing for a grammar school but can’t prove FCO then do you still get to put your points across or do they stop it there?
