I've put my "last year" 11+ test-taker on the bus to her secondary school this morning and realised just how close this year's test must be now.
Best wishes to everyone preparing to sit the transfer test next week.

Yes, good luck to everyone who has a child sitting this years’s test, and hope it all goes smoothly, both in terms of the tests, the results, and the allocations.

Thank you! We are actually having quite a chilled week. By now they need to relax and know it’s not the end of the world (although we feel as parents it is sometimes) .
Hope they are enjoying the first week of secondary school. Good luck to them too *** Dolly

Do you think this change to GL in Bucks signals slow departure from CEM nationally? If they came to conclusion that there is no 'tutor proof' test, what difference does it make for them whether it is CEM or GL?
