Can anyone direct me to information on the HT recommendations please?

I'm looking for an explanation on what a 1/1, 2/2 mean etc

Heads are asked to comment on the child’s suitability for grammar school using the categories / indicators below.

Grammar school suitability
1 = Exceptionally highly able so very highly recommended
2 = Very able so recommended without any reservation
3 = Recommended with reservation
4 = Not recommended for grammar school


Attitude to learning
1 = Enjoys challenge and is a highly motivated independent learner
2 = Consistently hard working and reliable
3 = Output varies
4 = Lacks self organisation, requires support
