Question about test content/dates

Post by greengekho »

Hi,
Does anyone know when entries for the 2019 test close?
Questions are sometimes posted regarding test content. Understandably, the response is often along the lines of, "Please do not share details regarding test content as there may be late sitters".
There is presumably a cut off point though where late applicants cannot sit the 2019 test and would have to wait for the 2020 test?
I am aware that some tutors have asked their ex-students about the test, particularly the 'new' question style that was introduced in the VR section.
Obviously the questions styles may differ this year, but it would still be useful to hear from parents whose children sat the test regarding question types/styles/timings etc., especially as we have reverted back to GL. At what point is it safe to ask such questions without effecting late sitters?

I believe for Bucks the test is used for at least the rest of the academic year, and possibly (though a Bucks expert will confirm) into some of the next.

Tests take place until July, using the same paper, so obviously it is important not to divulge anything from the test.
