What do I do?

I usually do this kinda stuff for my little brother and I had signed him up for the Berks 11+ but the Bucks one completely slipped my mind.

I have put in a query on the Bucks website but where do I go from here?

I’m not a Bucks local so not completely in the know, but I believe if you are at a Bucks primary school it’s an opt out system. Otherwise the DC is automatically registered.

Is your brother at a Bucks primary school?

You mention applying for the Slough tests. Do you live near enough to a Bucks GS for him to be likely to be allocated a place if he qualifies? (I know some areas on the borders will be)

Most areas would class this as a late entry if they allowed it at all, so your brother may get an allocation in the second round but not the first. Unless there’s a valid reason for missing the deadline (serious illness etc).

Late registration is only allowed for those moving into Bucks after the deadline.

As Tinkers said, if your brother attends a Bucks primary school he will be entered automatically. Where (roughly) do you live?
