Bucks Residence Criteria
Hello
We have put our property on sale (outside the bucks) and looking to rent out a house closer to Dr Chanellor's High School for girls.
Before the application deadline of 31st October 2019, we will be having a tenancy agreement for the house in Bucks but wouldn't have sold our house outside the bucks.
Does anyone know if the Bucks council will accept our estate agent letter to confirm our property is on the market for sale and our tenancy agreement of the new house in the bucks. Please note we wouldn't have a solicitor letter stating our house (outside the bucks) sold as the property wouldn't have sold by 31st October for us to be considered in the 1st allocation for March 2020.

What will you do if your DC doesn't qualify for grammar school? Will you still move to Bucks or have they also say the 11 plus elsewhere?
