Year 5 Curriculum Support during lockdown
Hi
My son who is in Year 5 is getting no live lessons from his school and with me working all day he is getting very limited interaction or teaching - I am worried he is falling hugely behind from year 4 and now this lockdown.
I wanted to see if there were any teachers out there who are doing lessons for the Year 5 during school day who could help. I cant give him any more worksheets - he needs some human interaction.
I know tutor suggestions are not allowed as such but this is not 11plus work just making sure he has the basics covered.
Thanks so much.

Re: Year 5 Curriculum Support during lockdown
The West London Free School Primary in London has excellent and well-structured pre-recorded lessons for all year groups available on their website. Here is the link for Year 5:

He could watch the lessons and do the associated worksheets. Very good quality.
Sorry to hear your son is not getting any live lessons, that is disappointing! I would also recommend purchasing a few CGP or Schofield and Sims workbooks for Maths and English, they only cost a few pounds and are very good.
Good luck!
