Last year bucks exam new NVR format

I heard from my friend's DC last year bucks 11+ NVR exam got a new type of questions related to some flow chart. Is there anyone who can share this new type NVR questions or what type of questions?

I'm afraid your friend's DC has given you incorrect information.

No new type.
