Hi all, I’m moving in BHS catchment on rent hopefully starting Oct 25. I will let out my property after small renovations but letting out previous house might let out after 31st Oct. we are using same estate agent for both process.
So now questions are
What docs are needed for the BHS application on 31st Oct ?? We won’t have utility bills by 31oct, can we submit these bills later on? And letting out our existing house, can we show the estate agents letter the it’s on the market for the let?? Of course we will ask a letter from the mortgage provider about this change? Please share your experience?

I just want to ask what docs are needed on 31st oct and what docs can be submitted after 31st oct??
I am moving on oct 26 so utility bills wont be available to us before 31st.

I doubt there are many people with experience of moving that late (and successfully dissolving links to the previous property) so perhaps better to contact the education department to ask them what info you need / when you need to get utility bills to them?
