Brilliant news- that's 3 for CGS!

Hugs to any one not so lucky- and I know of 1 person not taking up their Colyton place so there will be some movement between now and second round of allocations.

For anyone waiting for e-mail, our official admissions e-mail arrived from Devon CC at 7.45 am this morning so hats off to Devon- reading other posts from previous years they've been much better organised this year thank God!


DD has been skipping round the house singing "I got into Colyton!" - will have to try and calm her down before school!

Today has been quite difficult with some very upset at not getting in. This forum has been a lot of help over the past months thanks everyone.

We have just about come back down to Earth now.

I would also like to say big Thank you to everyone on the forum, particularly Patricia, Sally Anne, Yoyo123 and Guest 55 who provide such great advice and also Etienne, who thankfully I won't need after all! It has made the process much less of a mystery and I have felt confident to go-it-alone even when other parents thought I had no chance without a tutor.

Good Luck to next year's DCs and their parents-it can be done for the cost of a few papers and was even quite enjoyable!!
