Re-locating to Poole, Dorset in the summer and my daughter is really keen to sit the 11 plus exam for Parkstone in October (we have no Grammar schools where we live so this is a whole new area for us all!).

The problem is that reading previous messages we are starting the revision process very late and wondered if anyone could offer advice as to give her the best possible chance at the exam? We also have the added problem that there are no tutors familiar with the 11 plus in our area so it will need to be DIY and see if we can find a tutor for when we move.

Parkstone 11 plus is verbal and non verbal reasoning only by GL Assessment but getting confused as to whether its the 21types or 15 types on the paper? Any advise gratefully received.

Many Thanks

Contact the school, they will send you all the practice papers you need ( you have to buy them) and most girls just do those in advance. It is worth checking the closing dates on the web page as they sit them in September. Good luck x
