Free schools in central Essex

I have lurked on this forum for a while and wondered what other posters think about the idea of a free school that would provide an academic curriculum that targets the 11+.
Part of the process is to find support for the school and I note that many parents feel that the advantages provided by the private schools make the playing field totally uneven. I would like to open a school that evens up the current situation.
