the school organised it. It was the first time they have done it.
It was a very good idea as we parents and our sons got to meet up with some of the boys they will be travelling with. As a parent I was put as ease knowing there were many boys travelling in along the same route some also had older brothers who have been travelling down for several years.
therefore train routes,times and costs could be discussed between the parents
Hi my daughter will be starting shsg in september and i also live of eastern avenue so a bus service would be suitable however the train service is also a good method as its quicker which, means you would have to drop your DS at barking station.
