Chelmsford City. Advice on good areas to live in, please.

Post by nini »

I am visiting Chelmsford on Thursday and I would like to look at some areas which are pleasant to live in. Could someone recommend a safe residential area perhaps not too far away from the town centre? Many thanks in advance.

Hi nini,

There are lots of nice areas in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas to be honest, so best to look at estate agents and then have a look around & take into account primary schools if you need to. Off the top of my head, Springfield, Broomfield, Great Baddow, Beaulieu Park, Chelmer Village are all nice. You then also have some lovely smaller villages a little further out such as Great and Little Waltham.

Hope this helps as a starting point. It really is a nice area, so take a drive around and see what you like best ! Enjoy your visit.
