So the results will be out tomorrow... how is everyone feeling.. I am about to throw up....

I'm feeling nervous 1st timer here... So desperate to get results but so worried having to be the bearer of bad news if results not good! It's going to be a long anxious night and day tomorrow x

Thursday 10th October
Weight 145lbs ( I must find that gym membership card soon and not bad considering I've consumed my own body weight in chocolate this evening - the stress must be burning it off); cigarettes (0- but did actually consider having one for the first time in 15 years); alcohol units ( 3 ... could be 4 if I include the chocolate liqueurs); calories 3650 ( but at least I achieved my 5 a day today)

I have eaten for Britain and am now enjoying a very large glass of wine... How long is tomorrow evening going to feel if our results don't arrive until Saturday...

no results yet.... i am about to have a nervous breakdown.. any relaxing techniques? anyone?

i wish i could take day off.. to make matters worse, I cant leave work until 6:30
