I put a sticky label on DS's see-through pencil case with his name, school and candidate number on.

Nikkibeak- where he is he sitting the test? I know at CRGS they are set up for young boys who are nervous and lack common sense so try not to worry.

They get rid of parents asap and have 6th formers to look after the boys, keeping things laid back but organised. Don't forget they have years of practice!

He is sitting it at CRGS. I'm glad they realise that just because they have a good brain they don't always apply any common sense :D

Excellent idea Manana. I'm going to do that too. I probably shouldn't go as far as writing remember you're a boy

They are very strict, I'm not sure they will allow writing on a pencil case...please be assured their names will be on the test papers!

They have a school full of them already 8)

At CRGS you can drive in but you literally just throw the child out and drive on( well pretty much) and they will be escorted by a year 13 student to the holding pen.

Seriously, they will be well looked after.
If you want to walk them in then be aware that all the parking along the side of school has been changed to residents only.

I did think parking might be an issue. Not too sure how it will work with everyone being there to collect at 12:05. I've decided to let my hubby drive us and drop us down the road so we can walk up and be less harassed and he can drive off and come back later and then do the same on collection.

@Nikkibeak, Thanks for your comforting words. I feel better and anyway it is too late to do anything.

@All, Is anyone willing to discuss how to write continuous writing eg in sample paper: instructions to make toast with jam. And second to describe an animal. Each in 6 lines. Can you share how you would have written? I m not good at this so cannot help DS.
