KEGS/Essex - OOC SIF form required?

Hi - Is there a requriement to fill in a SIF form for the essex schools in addition to the CAF if you are out of catchement? The website is not clear?

Any clarification would be appreciated.

The only CSSE schools which require an additional form at this stage are the RC ones, St.Thomas More and St Bernard's.

Today i raised the same question and got reply from CCHS ( CHELMSFORD GIRLS ). they don't need any sif or additional documentation. only fill CAF ( common application form ) from the local council or boroughs

I had a panic last year when I did my CAF online and it said we needed a SIF to put down grammar school, then realised that's the form you fill in when you register to do the 11 plus...phew!
