Long shot...whsg from Brentwood.
Hi,
Probably is a long shot but thought i would ask. My DD will be attending WHSG as of September and travelling on school bus provided by SBC leisure picking up from Brentwood.
Just wondered if anyone else plans to use this route for their dd's or where I'm likely to be able to contact people that are.
I'm sure she will before long get to know others on the bus but she's quite shy and anything I can do to help will ease my worries

If you call the school office they are usually happy to pass on your contact details to other parents in your area - alternatively on induction days make sure your child knows their own mobile number to share with any others they meet.
It will be fine - my son is in yr7 at whsb and loves it (once he settled in). He prefers the school bus to me taking him in - he's made friends with boys at girls at Thomas Moore, Saint Bernards and Shsb - they play games on there phones and chat away
