The trends from recent years have shown significant intake from the average group (IC). However, this year it might be an unpleasant change.

I'm not sure where that graphic came from originally, but it isn't 'Bell's Curve', as in, something pertaining to a person called Bell'. It really is just a 'bell curve', as in, describing the shape of it

Even allowing for 'not drawn to scale', the 'average' section looks like 'within one standard deviation of the mean', so within the standardised score range 85 - 115 on a 'normal' normal distribution. Which accounts for approximately 68% of candidates, not 33%.
