CCHS: Decision of the Schools' Adjudicator
In brief: Seven objections from an anonymous individual to the admission arrangements. The only one upheld is that the Adjudicator has deemed it unfair that the 11+ test results are not standardised for age.

Presumably the CSSE will apply age standardisation for all - they can hardly just age standardise the girls' scores.Sally-Anne wrote:In brief: Seven objections from an anonymous individual to the admission arrangements. One point, though - the minimum of 303 doesn't apply to the Colchester grammar schools or to KEGS, the boys' grammar school in Chelmsford; it only applies to the CSSE schools in the Borough of Southend. ColCHS just has an 'order of merit'.

Agree. I would imagine the CSSE Information Guide for 2019 will reflect this change.
