Re: chelmsford county results 2019
please can someone explain this?
The cut-off mark will be determined as the score 2% lower than the last score offered
on National Offer Day in the preceding year of entry, for those permanently residing
within the 12.5 mile priority area.
MY dd got 109, is she in safe zone?
Thanks

I came here to see how she did - good job! Fingers x'ed for March.Nickib wrote:108.39 ooc
In the last 3 years SOME girls living ooc eventually secured a place within the range of 108.22-136, so I am holding onto that tiny glimmer of hope, even though it’s unlikely.
So proud of dd!

Does your results letter tell you any more about last year's last score offered on March 1st (in which case multiply that by 98/100?)? Or better still, tell you what this year's cut off therefore is?pg19 wrote:please can someone explain this?

Pupil Premium - covers looked after children, any children who've been eligible for free school meals at any point in last six (?) years and armed forces kids.pktp wrote:What does People Premium mean?
When I was at school we were identifiable as the kids who handed over a white slip instead of cash to get our lunch - it's more holistic approach to closing the attainment gap nowadays than just free school dinners!

It says that in the last 3 years all girls within catchment with this score got in. But I am not clear about the above sentence..
Please clarify?

Unfortunately for outside catchment there is not enough data on this forum so don't know what was last cut off score. CCHS don't give out exact cut off score for past year for outside catchment so really difficult to decide for scores below 115.
Re: chelmsford county results 2019
DD scored 118.75 (OOC). I feel that this year the scores have been much lower than last year for CEM (or maybe less parents on this forum compared to last year). We are deciding between CCHS and WCHS but will most probably go for WCHS because it's closer to us.
Re: chelmsford county results 2019
DD got 340.15 in CSSE and 105.15 in CEM.
I’m upset about the CEM as she always did better in the CEM mocks than the CSSE mocks plus CCHS is nearer but will be very happy if we get Westcliff or Southend.
We are o/c for Westcliff/Southend but i/c for CCHS. Is it worth putting CCHS 1st on the CAF or is there no chance with that score?

Last year highest possible score was 128. this year from one of the post above looks like more than that. Last year when highest possible was 128 on this forum OOC scores were shared till 117.53. Not many OOC scores shared here.
