HELP - School Bus from Barkingside / Newbury Park / Romford

Hi, we live in Hainault Essex and nearest picks ups I think along the A12/A127 is Barkingside / Newbury Park / Romford.
Can anyone recommend bus service to westcliff girls and southend girls? What time does your child get the bus and what time do they return? What about after school activities - can they do them and how do they get home?
