Hi all
Are candidates allowed to mark the comprehension paper at all during the 10 mins allotted reading time ? i.e. underline key words or passages.

No.

Reading time is only for reading. You cannot pick up a pencil, but you can read everything: the comprehension piece, questions, applied reasoning questions and writing tasks.
