CCHS houses

Post by Kits »

Hi,
I dont know if anyone will know the answer to this question?
DD2 has hopefully got enough to get into CCHS, DD1 is already there.
Will DD1 be allocated the same house?
Also, she has a friend who has passed as well. Do the school take requests
for them to be in the same form?
Thanks

It used to be allocated alphabetically. Is that no longer the case?

Hi,
They will definitely be in the same form as they put siblings in the same house.
They don’t take requests to be in the same form as friends, I’m pretty sure it’s all randomly allocated. They also do try to split up girls coming from the same primary school, unless of course there’s more than 5 of them.
Hope this helps!

When my DD1 started there were 3 girls from her school, 2 of them ended up in the same house/form so I believe it’s done randomly.
