| Post subject: | Chelmsford - walk from wood street to KEGS |
Hi, One of my friends is looking to move to Chelmsford. Anyone from Chelmsford could tell me if there any shortcuts from Wood street to KEGS. Google is showing 1.8 miles, and there is a bus stop as well. Would appreciate local knowledge if there are any other walking routes than the ones in google. |

There is not really any short cuts, just different routes. Wood Street, down New London road or Moulsham street then through the town to KEGS is probably quickest. (40-45 mins) You could cut across Central Park but the amount of time saved is minimal and the town is probably a safer route due to CCTV cameras everywhere. |

Bus would be the practical option then. Will relay the mesage. |
