Chance of getting place in West cliff

My son got 324 ,Oct born
Any chance of getting place in West cliff if we move to catchment area ?
Every where it says 306 to qualify for inside catchment but not getting cut off score for west cliff inside catchment.

I attended WCHB open day ,according to them if the child scored 324 they will definitely get a place in catchment and possibly get a place outside catchment.
303-possible for IC
No for OOC
344-yes for IC
Probable for OOC
353- yes for IC
Highly probable for OOC

According to southend admissions 2022 booklet you must apply from current council where you live and update the address on your online application before the 30th November.You may also need to provide proof of address by writing to Southend council.
'Change of home address after the closing date
Addresses for schools in Southend-on-Sea are as per the child’s normal place of residence on 30 November, for Secondary Admissions. Any change of addresses that could not have reasonably been made by this date would be at the discretion of the Council. Any addresses after these dates are updated after national offer day and the applications re-ranked accordingly. '
