Home schooling and grammar school entry
Can a child get into grammar school if they are home schooling means they don’t go to school? Or do they need to be in school to apply for grammar exam

Re: Home schooling and grammar school entry
My daughter was home schooled for last term of Y6 so not long - it didn’t stop her or other people we knew who were longer term home-schooled getting places. Only thing we noted was that when the head of the grammar went to a few local schools for welcomes it was something by that wasn’t available for our daughter but as many of the girls at my daughter’s grammar were often only one or two from their school to go the Head didn’t see many anyway as it just wasn’t practical.
