CSSE exam letters for September entry exam

Has anyone received their letters from he CSSE regarding the arrangements for the test in September- I see on the csse website it states these should be received by 22nd July but also note that the csse office close at midday on the 21st July which if letters aren’t received isn’t going to be helpful .
We are yet to receive ours so beginning to panic a little !!

Hi, ours arrived 2 days ago, we are however still waiting for another letter with confirmation of reasonable adjustments which apparently we don't find out about until September. Very helpful for asd child who needs preparing for all scenarios. Maybe give the office a quick call if not there by 20th?
