Big article in local paper only this week-GCC are making onstreet parking payable from 8am to 7pm including Sundays.They have also introduced charges around the rugby ground that used to be fee,and around the hospital(so Horton Road) its all yellow lines!!!

Meanwhile, on the front page, they had a big article about the huge number of pot holes and how much it will cost to fill them. So it's not surprising that they want extra money, really, as they won't get it from anywhere else in this economic climate. Yer gets what yer pays for!
