I've gone for a count down ticker, rather than a weight loss ticker, as at least this one is guaranteed to go down, not up

I'm doing Slimming World - lost 2st 4.5lbs!

However the raisin loaf and maltesers recently consumed have not helped!

You'll all be pleased to know the malteser box in now in the recycling and the roof of my mouth is recovering. Does nobody else get a sore mouth from sucking the chocolate off maltesers
