13+ scholarship tutor

I am thinking about getting my son a tutor for 13+ scholarship. I want a tutor who will spend a couple of hours with him once a week improving his French and enriching his English. I want someone to chat to him and help him expand his mind, think creatively and discuss abstract prose and poetry. I do not need a tutor who will give him the usual written work.
