Hi there, hope everyone is having an enjoyable "summer" holiday?
Just wondered if anybody who has a DS/DD Y7 starting September and using the bus from the racecourse has had any further correspondence, e.g bus pass etc?????
We've sent all of our mandate/bank info back but have recieved nothing else???

No, nothing yet. They seem to be, er, relaxed about paperwork!

DD2 using Bennetts bus thro B/C not from racecourse but no communication here either

Happened to check bank balance when we returned from holiday on monday to find they had cashed the VERY LARGE cheque on 3rd August but I had to ring them and actually ask if she had a place on our preferred route! A relief now I know she can just walk to the stop but I'm not sure they fully understand the additional stress the logistics of a bus pass places on those new to the system!

Suggest you ring to put your mind at rest (if not your pocket!! )
