Any change?

Hi, following on from ziggie's post has there been any movement at all, in any of the schools? It does seem very different this year.
Does anyone know if people on waiting lists have been offered places?

Hi naivemum
We received a letter on Saturday 31st March offering my DD a place at her first choice school SHS. We had previously accepted her second choice RHS on March 1st. Letter came as a bit of a surprise really as had forgotten i'd even ticked the box to remain on the waiting list and never mentioned it to DD who was perfectly happy to be going to RHS. However, SHS is nearer and she knows lots of other girls who are going. I know of one other girl who got a place allocated on March 1st.
First time for us so don't know how much movement there is normally around this time.
