Art Classes

Thought I'd tap into the wealth of knowledge here. I am looking for an art class for my 8 year old, painting and drawing rather than crafts. Any ideas? We are between Stroud and Gloucester.

Can vouch for Art Academy as suggested by DC17C.
Run by a lady called Adele who also does Saturday morning classes (perhaps in Highnam? from memory). Friend's children go there and love it.
