Email admission application or paper?

Any views on submitting the preference form? Have people applying online found it ok?

Applied online seemed ok until I printed it off.It said I had not asked for an email notification on March 3rd when I had! I rang admissions and they confirmed that I had.Not exactly confidence inducing!
