Results email errors

I just received an email from The Crypt School stating they made an error in my sons ranking on Friday.

He was ranked 171 on results day but today he’s ranked 811.

I am absolute horrified and so stressed now about my son getting a place at Crypt on allocation day as the new ranking is so low.

Has anyone else received this email about error?

STR also sent 3 emails on results day blaming technical errors.

LOL yes - fair enough but there is a filter for "certain words"

OMG. I think a number of parents will be receiving emails from schools today, this year seems to be a fiasco that is growing day-by-day.

STR have sent a number of parents 3 emails - first one saying qualified, second saying not qualified and third blaming a technical error .

Friends were still awaiting results from Marling and Ribston on Saturday evening .

Now it's Crypt's turn to adjust ranks (probably due to technical error ).

At this rate, by the end of this week every applicant will be getting a new email from every school, with new rankings:roll:

This is awful for parents - I hope that they get it sorted and explain themselves

Wow! I can't imagine how stressful this is ... I think I'd want a detailed explanation of how it can be so different and how they are confident that this rank is actually correct.

I would urge everyone to email them and ask for reassurance.. school holidays start on Friday and don’t come back till after CAF deadline
