I would STRONGLY recommend that if you REALLY want to know which schools in Gloucestershire are "the best" refer to the DfE School Comparison Website and read the school Ofsted reports rather than a report in a local newspaper written by a journalist from their own perspective. Just saying

It is compiled by Reach plc - a National Journalist Company, which gives unbiased, factual and normally unpublished data to its readers.

DofE Comparison Website reports minimal data.

As for Ofsted reports...….

Their is no such thing as a "best" school - each individual child needs educating at a school which is appropriate for them.
