CAF form?
Hi,
Just wanted to check that that the form that needs to be filled out is this...
https://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/educ ... ry-school/
Just checking as it sounds like the right one, but I noticed it never says "CAF" anywhere.
Also as you go through this form it mentions about providing any details that might help in your application, is it a good idea to mention you got a qualifying score or do they already have this information such that there is no need to state this.
Thanks,

Re: CAF form?
that looks like the online version (which the LEA prefer) - they also refer to the paper version which they label as the CAF (common application form) on the right side of the page you linked to https://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/medi ... 0-caf.docx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Re: CAF form?
The LEA should already have the information but I did put my son's rank in the free flow box anyway - it can't do any harm.JayC wrote:
