Dd mid-test as I write this. My heart goes out to folk with an afternoon sitting: I think I’d have eaten all my fingernails by now if we were still waiting to take the test. Just looking forward to it all being over and giving dd a big hug and telling her that it matters a lot less than she thinks.

Well done everyone. We were in the afternoon but were relieved as my daughter isn't a morning girl. It did feel like a long wait though. Now to celebrate its over.

Hubby is being despatched to the takeaway and offy. Ordered enough for small army. So proud of all the brave ten-year-olds who faced such a daunting task today. Good luck with the results to each and every family. It's been a tough old week.
