Hi,
Does anyone know how many questions there are in each paper?

As I'm sure you all know, the NFER practice papers have 85 with 50 mins to answer them all. We have received our letter form Pate's which says that the tests last between 45 and 50 mins. I'm hoping that they don't get 45 mins to answer 85 questions!

This was last years format,according to DS' memory!(apologies if incorrect,but I definitely remember that the 2nd paper was less time)
1st paper-85 questions 50 mins
2nd paper-85 questions 45 mins(and its harder!)

From memory, our letter said exactly the same last year. I think the second test has the same amount of questions, just less time to answer them in.

My son actually took the test today. 1st test was 45 mins, 85 questions and the second was 50 minutes, 80 questions (which were much harder).

We have all our fingers and toes crossed.
