Filling out the Admissions Application Form

I'm not good at filling in forms; if it was on the curriculum, I'd have failed it. So if these questions are stupid I apologise in advance and would appreciate any advice.

When filling out the admissions application form, should you tick any other box than "selective" when applying for the grammar schools? Is there any value in putting in additional information? Am I right to assume it's all allocated on rank and preference and anything else you put on the form is ignored anyway...?

Many thanks

I think you've pretty much got it red! No pleading, begging or bribing will make the slightest difference!

Good luck!

I simply ticked selective for both grammar schools (as got positive letter for both girls grammars) and the rest is down to ranking, your preference and the preferences of those above yours in the ranking list as to whether you get your first, second, third or .... :x fourth preference. Not sure the rest of the form adds anything to the process.

Good luck.... :)
