I remember reading about a discussion that was held about standardising scores for all grammar schools together in the Schools Admissions Forum minutes-however nothing seems to have come of it,and indeed it was the heads that were opposed to it.I shall try and find the link...

I haven't found the link I was referring to above.However I have found the 07/08 Schools Admissions Forum Annual Report for Admissions in 07/08.This includes very detailed information on appeals for each school which this years parents may find useful.
