Sibling intake for Rickmansworth School 2012

Post by JenniRose1 »

Hi , I'm new to this forum and would appreciate any insights in to the process!

My DD has been placed on the CI for Rickmansworth School and I'm trying to find out what her chances are of getting in. Her best placed position is 5th on Musical aptiude and 16th for distance (academic position a no no at the moment). Can anyone tell me if this is a good position to be in?

Also does anyone know how many places were awarded to siblings?

Any advise gratefully received!

Don't be shy - ring up and ask the admissions office at the school. You can see from my posts that I am camping out on the academic route. I rang on Monday and spoke to a helpful, but probably long-suffering admissions lady. Hopefully someone else can comment with more direct experience.

Musical Aptitude CI

Thanks None-the-wiser.

I've spoken to the school and the lady I had the conversation with was very helpful but non-commital (understandable I suppose!). I was just wondering if anyone had any previous experience of geting in on the Musical aptitude CI as I can't seem to find anything on the forum which relates to this.

Gosh this process is very stressful. DD is distraught!
