state primaries: grammar school intake

It would be interesting to see how many children get into HBS,DAO (exam ,not sibling policy),Latymer and QE from State Primaries.

From my DD's school I estimate that out of 60 children :
2 HBS
8 Latymer
8 DAO
4 QE

How on earth can you tell? Are you a teacher at the school?

That's places accepted. No I am not a teacher .How do I know ? My dd talks to her friends,my wife talks to the other parents.

HBS - 1 (dd)
DAO - 1

I feel so sorry for the other kids, as they all worked so hard, and didn't get their 1st choice.
But I do hope that they enjoy wherever they go, and excel in their lives.

That's absolutely brilliant. As far as I know so far out of 90 children, we have,

1 HBS
6 QE
4 Watford Grammar Boys or Girls
1 Langley Grammar

Hello there I am one of the anxious parents on QE waiting list who is checking the forums in every spare minute to try to work out if my DS stands a chance of being offered a place. Sorry to be pesky, but do the people who posted about offers know whether the boys are all taking their places at QE? The wait is agonising... Thanks.
