2nd round music test results

Does anyone know when we will receive confirmation if our child got through to the 2nd round of tests?

I'm not sure but considering the reserve music test date is Wednesday (19th Sept) I doubt we'll find out before then.

It seems that kids who have got through the first round have little time to prep.

They have always been sent by letter with an audition date for those who have got through. The auditions have always been at the Watford School of Music in the grounds of Watford Boys. DG

We got our letter this morning. Unfortunately, dd missed the pass mark by 3.

Just got results.
DD missed by 6 marks.
let's now see what happens with the VR and Maths.
I received an email at 11.50am.

Hi yes I got my email at 11.50, and although I'd read somewhere that the audition day was Mon 24th, we've been given Fri 28th, at Watford, so longer to prepare than we'd thought. Only squeaked in by 2 points. x

DS has managed to scrape through with 47.
He's got his audition next Tuesday.
He's only just started his grade 3 so his chosen piece isn't that technical. How will they mark his practical? Will they interview him?
