just a quick question, i know we cant tell our dc results, but i just wanted to know have the scores previously also been out of 141 for vr and 141 for maths?

Those are the highest possible scores, but it's not out of a total. See the notes on "Standardised Scores" under 11plus advice above for more.

Does anyone know last year's cut off qualifying score?

The qualifying scores from last year for which school? They are all different. You need to look at the sticky statistics thread at the top of the first page of this Herts forum or look on the websites of the individual schools concerned to get that information.

Does anyone have any ideas how many people sat the academic tests this year?
Just wondering if it is a similar amount to previous years.

I've heard of some very high scores (including a 100%) in the music tests - I wonder if the lowest mark will be much higher this year?
