rumour has it - the pass rate is not as good as the ones outside of M25?
Wimbledon is a challenge – hardly see any cars moving, all in an orderly queue

Gosh I sometimes worry about how much I love stats.

There was only one boy who failed from 17 boys tested at inveraray last year....can you even begin to imagine the stick he must have got! However half the girls failed....hmmm?

I wonder if there is a market for driving instruction/ test holidays to the highlands?

I haven't looked yet, but there are a huge number of stats - by age, ethnic group, all sorts. Interestingly, at all the centres I looked at, 17 years olds were more likely to pass than 18 year olds. I wonder why?

At a guess, they all start to learn to drive at the age of 17.

The 17 year olds who pass are the ones who take to driving naturally while the 18 year olds are the ones who struggle a bit more.

We are not worthy 8)

I wrote my first car off three weeks after getting it, and about six weeks after passing my test! Not so cool.....in fairness it was due to oil spillage on a corner of the road on a sunny day, the firemen washed it all off after I rolled my dear little mini. The test doesn't teach you about things like oil on roads though!

Ooooh, you can be my first customer :D I better start doing some research, it will be tricky to get them there, as obviously they cannot drive up to the highlands from the airport  perhaps a cycling, learning to drive, highlands holiday? Too hilly?
